Boo Seungkwan (부승관) is a South Korean singer and TV personality. He is the main vocalist and face of the boy group SEVENTEEN under Pledis Entertainment. He is also a member of the group's vocal unit and the BSS (Booseoksoon) sub-unit. Aside from his vocal prowess, Seungkwan is also known for his funny and cheerful personality which is showcased through his participation in variety shows such as "Amazing Saturday" and "Racket Boys". In 2018, he received a Rookie Entertainer Award.

Seungkwan made his official debut as a member of SEVENTEEN on May 26, 2015 with the mini-album 17 Carat.
