TheEastLight. revealed that they had been experiencing abuse and assaults by an un-named producer. They shared that they were beaten with a baseball bat and microphone. A member would have guitar strings tied around his neck and tightened when mistakes are made. The members received death threats and injuries that resulted in bruises and/or blood.
The CEO of TheEastLight.'s agency, Kim Changhwan, were well-aware of the situation, but neglected them. He, not only, failed to intervene and take care of his artists, but also verbally abused the members and encouraged the producer.
TheEastLight. have seeked legal advice and plan on taking legal action against their CEO and producer.

Sickening. The people that do this need to be thrown in jail and see how they treat child abusers 😠

This is sick! The Eastlight is just a bunch of little kids! They're all minors! Tying a guitar string on someone's neck is way over the top! That could kill someone. I've heard of assaults among kpop idols but this is close to murder if these accusations are indeed true. And if this is indeed true, I hope this doesn't get swept under the rug and those who are responsible are gonna be severely punished. This is horrifying. I can't imagine baby Woojin going through this :(
No one deserves to be treated like this! I hope the CEO goes to jail as well.

What is wrong with the Kpop industry right now? So much violence going around. I can't believe anyone would hurt the East Light kids, let alone choke them and torture them like this. They are all so young and innocent, yet were put through trauma like this, and to make it even worse the CEO ignored the attrocities!
I hope they sue the crap out of the company and producer, and that they get locked up for a long time. They are so brave to reveal this <3
