The incredibly popular Girlgroup, made through MNET's Produce48, is breaking records left and right!
IZONE released their Japanese Debut Single Album "Suki to Iwasetai" on February 6th, 2019 and immediately shot to the Top of the Charts. They not only became #1 for the Oricon Best Selling 1st Day Sales – Single – for Korean Girlgroups with 193,469 copies, beating TWICE's "Wake Me Up" but also came in 2nd for Japanese Debut Singles of Japanese Girlgroups and 3rd for Oricon's Best Selling 1st Day – Single – of all Korean Artists, only being topped by Korea's most successful Male Group at the moment, BTS
Not only that, but they also rose to 2nd place on the Oricon Weekly Chart, behind Kis-My-Ft2, while selling over 221,640 CD's AND entering Billboard/Soundscan Japan's Biggest 1st Week Sales for Korean Girlgroup Singles with 303,745 sold copies only ONE copy less than Twice sold for "Candy Pop"!
All of these achievements are amazing, but buckle your belts because there is one more: IZ
