The 35th Division of Criminal Settlement of Seoul Central District Court has sentenced Producer Kush to two and a half years imprisonment, four years probation, 80 hours of medication treatment lessons, and a 875,000 won fine. He was accused of taking 0.7 grams of cocaine seven times between November and December 2017. including another 0.48 grams in December. The cour has said that the defendent has apologized and deeply reflected on his doings.
Kush was known as a producer under YG's The Black Label, which he decided to leave from in February to create an independent agency. Some notable works from Kush are: Zion. T's "Yanghwa Bridge" and 2NE1's "I Don't Care. He was also well known on the rap competition Mnet's Show Me The Money.
