During an interview on Apple Music's Beats1 radio, the members of BTS were asked about which artists they would love to collaborate with in the future. Jungkook suggested up and coming American singer Billie Eilish, Suga saud Drake and Jimin revealed the group's collective appreciation for Australian singer Troye Sivan. Previously they have suggested to work with Shawn Mendes, Zedd and Dolly Parton.
The group has already collaborated with the likes of Steve Aoki, Desiigner, Nicki Minaj, Wale, HONNE and most recently with Ed Sheeran on their album 'Map of the Soul: Persona'.
Meanwhile during their press conference for their album, the members of the K-Pop supergroup talked about solo mixtapes. Suga stated that they're always working on lyrics and songs without knowing if they would go on an album or released in a seperate mixtape. RM explained that there is no particular order of members releasing their mixtapes, revealing that they have a system where if one member who wants to drop a mixtape they work on it themselves and present it to the agency.
Jungkook explained why he hadn't released his mixtape. "I said that last year I was going to release a mixtape. I want to sincerely apologize to our fans. I'm not at that level of skill yet where I can release a mix tape of my own. I'll practice more and try harder."
"I hope that the day will come when a vocalist member of BTS will release a mixtape." V added.
