On October 2nd, Oricon announced that IZONE's third Japanese single “Vampire” sold 205,032 copies on its first week of release (September 23 to 29), taking the No. 1 spot on the Oricon weekly singles chart.
The single also debuted at No. 1 on the Oricon daily singles chart for September 24. This is IZ
ONE's second time topping the weekly chart, as their previous single “Buenos Aires” also achieved this feat. All three of IZONE's Japanese singles have recorded over 200,000 copies in first week sales.
Meanwhile, in the first half of 2019, IZ
ONE also became the first female group to place No. 1 on the rookie artist total sales chart in Oricon's half-year chart results.
Congratulations to IZ*ONE!
