International fans ask Big Hit to add translations to the official ARMY Membership Kit
International fans made the hashtag "#BigHitAddTranslations" trend after realizing that their official ARMY Membership Kit didn't have subs when it arrived. Many fans had to translate by hand the kit or ask for help on SNS because they couldn't understand what the kit was saying even after being marketed as a "global" kit.
They have also trended the hashtag "#BigHitAddSubs" to BTS's YouTube content, explaining that BTS has fans all around the world and they could let fans add soft subtitles to their videos in their own languages like other companies do.

This is very upsetting considering Bighit is already a big company and part of BTS' success is because of the massive support of international fans. English subs is supposed to be a priority itself.
