SEVENTEEN's Dino Diagnosed With COVID-19

On August 18th, Pledis Entertainment announced that SEVENTEEN's Dino had been diagnosed with COVID-19 after a PCR test in Los Angeles.

The agency explained, "Currently, Dino has mild sore throat symptoms and is under self-isolation and treatment in a space separated from the members. All SEVENTEEN members except Dino were tested negative by PCR tests."

The Los Angeles performance on the 17th (local time in the US), the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' broadcast on the 18th, and the Houston performance on the 20th will proceed as scheduled. However, Dino will not participate in the activities in compliance with the local quarantine guidelines.

"We will do our best to help Dino recover his health as soon as possible, considering his health and safety as a top priority. In addition, we will faithfully cooperate with the requests and guidelines of the quarantine authorities," Pledis Entertainment added.

SEVENTEEN is touring the new world tour "BE THE SUN" starting in Vancouver, Canada, on the 10th.
