Stray Kids surpasses 10 million subscribers on YouTube

The group Stray Kids shone as a representative group of the 4th generation.

According to JYP Entertainment, the number of subscribers to Stray Kids' official YouTube channel reached 10 million. This is the third record among K-pop boy groups to succeed Big Bang and BTS, and is the first of the 4th generation group to achieve this goal.

Stray Kids has recorded a total of six music videos, from "God's Menu," "Back Door," "MIROH," "My Pace," and recent work "Maniac" on YouTube, with the largest number of music videos among the fourth-generation K-pop male groups.

In addition, according to the annual semi-annual report of Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music) published by Forbes on the 16th (Korea Standard Time), Stray Kids ranked second in sales of 171,000 albums in the U.S. in the first half of 2022 with its mini-album "ODDINARY" released in March this year. In response, Forbes said, "Stray Kids became the third K-pop artist to reach the 'Billboard 200' after BTS and SuperM with the album released in March."

Meanwhile, Stray Kids expanded their influence by completing their second world tour in America. Following the successful completion of performances in Kobe, Japan from the 11th to the 12th of last month and Tokyo from the 18th to the 19th, additional concerts will be held in Tokyo on the 26th and 27th.
