Big Hit Music Shared an Update on Legal Proceedings Against Malicious Commenters

Big Hit Music announced the legal response to malicious posts.

Big Hit Music, BTS's agency, said on Weverse on the 29th, "We are taking regular legal action against malicious posters such as defamation, insults, sexual harassment, spreading false information, and malicious slander against BTS."

The agency said, "Recently, a number of defamation posts that spread obvious false information about our artists have been monitored on domestic and foreign platforms," adding, "We identified the type of publisher spreading the same malicious rumors on multiple platforms and filed a complaint." The malicious post was monitored and collected 365 days a year and included in the complaint, asking for active reports from fans, and also reported that a specific suspect was sent to the prosecution.

Big Hit Music, which said it is continuing to collect, report and take legal action against malicious posts, added, "We will continue to take stern measures against the suspects without any agreement or leniency."
