Apink Facing Contract Renewals This Year + Koreans React

Apink's

exclusive contract with IST expires at the end of April

On February 23rd, IST Entertainment shared a statement through YTN news saying "We are constantly discussing whether to renew the contract ahead of the expiration."

Previously, Apink renewed their contract a second time in 2021, except Naeun that left IST Entertainment and joined YG Entertainment. Naeun remained a member of A Pink and participated in their special comeback album 'Horn' in February of 2022 while under YG. Then, in April of the same year, she announced that she would be leaving the girl group in order to focus on her acting career.

Apink will release a new mini album in April.
