"I Lost A Lot" — B.I Opens Up About Past Drug Controversy

On June 1st, during the media showcase to commemorate the release of B.I's second full length album 'To Die For,' the former iKON member said, “I would like to say that I am sorry for disappointing many people, and causing controversy with my wrong judgment and choice.”

"I've never been comfortable or light-hearted," he confessed. "When I get arrogant every day, reality seemed to tell me to face my situation."

B.I also shared, "I've been living so far, blaming myself, reflecting on myself every day. Maybe I won't be welcome for a long time, which is a something to solve on my own." In addition, B.I. said, "I will always reflect on myself with a low heart and blame myself," adding, "I think I will continue to live as I have been with gratitude to someone."

"I want to do my best in everything and do what I can properly," adding, "I want to play good music to my fans and the public."

In the aftermath of B.I’s drug scandal, YG Entertainment announced the artist would leave iKON and the company in June 12th, 2019.
