Min Hee Jin Strongly Denies Allegations Made by Dispatch, to Take Legal Action

Following the release of Dispatch's in-depth article that alleges she stole NewJeans by purposely delaying NewJeans' debut under Source Music in order to have them transfered to her own label instead, ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin shares swift response and calls out all parties involved.

On July 23rd, ADOR stated, "The content of the article reported on the 23rd is false information reconstructed based on speculation, and we plan to take strong legal action against it."

Through another statement, ADOR said, "We will take strong legal action against these false allegations that have been reconstructed based on speculation. Internal meeting minutes, division of work, and personal KakaoTalk messages are impossible to cover without the cooperation of HYBE and Source Music," adding, "Exposing the personal information of trainees whose contracts have already ended and artists who have currently transferred agencies to the public without permission, and leaking various data that violates confidentiality, including medical records and related materials, demos, etc., is a breach of contract and a serious felony."

ADOR's statements come after Dispatch released transcripts of private conversations between HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk, Source Music CEO So Sung Jin, ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, and person who is said to be a Shaman. The article also included never-before-seen footages and pictures of trainees, which included the now members of NewJeans.

ADOR's side also argued that the portrait rights of the New Jeans members were violated, saying, "We will take strong legal action against HYBE and the media outlet that reported on it for their immoral behavior that goes beyond the patheticness of providing news content and materials that defame the CEO of their subsidiary, such as having a third party leak illegally obtained private messenger conversations and falsely editing them according to their own intentions."
