Ryu Hwa Young (류화영) is a Korean actress and former Korean pop singer. She is a former sub vocalist and main rapper of the group T-ara. In December 2013 she signed a contract with Wellmade STARM to be an actress and plans to debut in 2014. She is the twin sister of Coed School member Hyoyoung.
