2022–2022: Departure from Woollim Entertainment, new agency
On October 7, 2022, it was announced that Woo Hyun had left Woollim after being with the company for 14 years after deciding not to renew his contract. However, he will continue to be a member of INFINITE.
On March 20, 2023, Woo Hyun signed an exclusive contract with Jflex Entertainment.

Rather than enlisting as an active duty soldier due to a huge shoulder injury back in 2014, Woo Hyun enlisted as a public service worker on October 24, 2019. He was discharged on August 4, 2021.
