Introduction
Jiyoon (지윤) is a South Korean singer under IST Entertainment. She was a member of the girl group Weeekly. She debuted as an independent artist on April 9, 2024.
On October 29, 2017, she joined the reality competition show, MIXNINE as a contestant representing FAVE Entertainment. She was eliminated in episode 10 after ranking in 44th place.
Jiyoon made her debut as a member of Weeekly on June 30, 2020. She was the group’s lead vocalist, lead dancer, and rapper.
On August 1, 2021, Play M Entertainment (merger of IST and Cre.ker Entertainment) announced that Jiyoon would be entering a hiatus from all group activities due to reoccurring stress and anxiety. On June 1, 2022, IST Entertainment announced that Jiyoon would be leaving the group due to health issues.
