Glow, also known as tripleS Glow, was the eighth sub-unit of the girl group tripleS under MODHAUS. It consists of the last four members of tripleS.
On March 21, 2024, Blind Double Class Objekt containing the handwriting of the soon-to-be-revealed members were announced for purchase. On March 24, SIGNAL #485 was released on the group's YouTube channel, teasing the four last members as they met with the rest of tripleS.
On April 1, 2024, ChaeWon was revealed as S21, followed by Sullin as S22 on April 2, SeoAh as S23 on April 3 and, finally, JiYeon as S24 on April 4.
Glow made their debut on June 21, 2024, with the digital single "내적 댄스(Inner Dance)".
