Chu So Jung (추소정), popularly known as EXY, is the Leader, Main Rapper, Lead Dancer, and Vocalist of the girl group Cosmic Girls under Starship Entertainment. She was originally going to be a member of the seven member group under Medialine, but due to finacial issues, the group never debuted. She was first known for appearing on the second season of Unpretty Rapstar, however got elimated in episode 8.

Exy debuted as a member of WJSN in their 'Sweet' unit on February 25, 2016 with the release of their debut EP 'Would You Like?'. She also went on to join the project Y-Teen and release the single 'Do Better'. She is known to write all her own raps for all her WJSN songs.

EXY debuted as a member of the group's sub unit WJSN The Black on May 12, 2021.

In 2015, she debuted as an actress with a minor role in the show 'The Flatterer'. In 2021, she returned to the screen with a support role in the show 'Idol: The Coup' as a member of the group 'Cotton Candy' under the alias El(엘).
