Roy Kim

Introduction

Kim Sang-woo (김상우), popularly known as Roy Kim, is a South Korean singer under WAKEONE. He rose to fame after becoming the winner of Superstar K4 back in 2012.

He made his solo debut on April 22, 2013 with the digital single "Bom Bom Bom".

In 2019, Roy Kim was investigated after he was accused of being involved in a hidden camera scandal. He was on hiatus until he was eventually cleared of any suspicions in February 2020. Following this, Roy Kim released the song "Linger On" before enlisting in the military. He completed his service on December 2021.
