In an Instagram story posted in 2019, Sorn stated that the issue had been resolved with the Federation of Korean Music Performers (FKMP).
She made her official solo debut with the digital single "Run" on March 23, 2021.
On November 16, 2021, it was announced that Sorn had officially left CLC and Cube Entertainment as her contract with the agency was terminated in a mutual agreement between both parties.
