Kim Kijoong, also known as Gijung, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of UNB and IM. He debuted in 2017 as the vocalist and maknae of IM. In the same year, he took part in the singing survival show "The Unit", securing the 8th position. As a result, he was chosen to be part of the project group UNB, which made its debut in April 2018 and wrapped its activities about a year later, around the same time.
In 2021, he returned as a participant on "Extreme Debut: Wild Idol", hoping to join the TAN group. Sadly, he didn't make it into Top-7. After that, he decided to start his military service on December 12, 2022, and he's expected to be discharged on June 11, 2024.
On October 15, 2024, he was officially introduced as a contestant of Universe League.
