Geenius, a five-member girl group, will debut on January 5, 2024, as the first Kpop girl group of the year. The Geenius' members were former trainees at Blockberry Creative and were initially preparing to debut under the group name Bebez. However, their contract with Blockberry Creative expired. Following this, it was reported that they signed an exclusive contract with a new company, Sure Place.
