NMIXX Unveils the Exciting Music Video For "Love Me Like This"

The group NMIXX has started its six-member activities with confidence.

NMIXX held a media showcase to commemorate the release of its first mini album "Expérgo" at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 20th.

It is the first comeback as a six-member group since member Jinni left in December last year.

When asked about the day, Haewon said, "Since our debut, we have been working hard to show our own color. We are working hard to realize and further develop our team's identity. The fans love and believe that they will continue to support the team called NMIXX."

"Expérgo" included a total of six songs, including the title track "Love Me Like This," "Young, Dumb, Stupid," "PAXXWORD," "Just Did It," "My Gosh" and "HOME."

This album is the first page of a new worldview "Docking Station" following "New Frontier." Focusing on "Diversity, Solidarity and Solidarity," it tells the story of NMIXX , NSWER (official fandom name), and Docking among NMIXX members.

Haewon said, "We have a very big worldview. "We made it while thinking hard from the stage of composition. If it contains the stories of girls who start sailing from 'O.O.' to 'Dice,' this time, we draw a worldview that contains the process of connecting with people we met on our adventure and changing."

The title song "Love Me Like This" is a mix of Street Vibe's bounce rap and R&B style vocal lines, arranged by the world-renowned producing team London Noise. The lyrics express the true connection and change process of people who can love themselves and each other on an addictive melody.

Since its debut, NMIXX has shown off its wide musical spectrum and solid vocal skills that digest various genres as the first person to showcase "MIXX POP," which combines two or more genres into one song and can feel various charms at once.

This title song embodies the meaning of "mixx pop" by the difference between rap and vocal styles, not by combining two different genres. In this regard, Lily said, "We mixed it to show the identity of NMIXX and make it easier to access to the public," adding, "We made it sound natural."

Recalling the first time she listened to "Love Me Like This," she said, "The kitsch chorus was memorable." Lily said, "It seems like 'Love Me Like This' repeats and goes straight into the brain. It remained in my memory over time. I liked the style of blending rap and vocals. The point is the lively percussion sound."

Sullyoon said, "NSWER is our driving force." Thinking of our fans, she said, "They are special peoble who makes me work harder. I hope they will like this album."

NMIXX is showing off its amazing momentum, surpassing 1 million cumulative album sales in its debut year. Not only the performance but also the singing ability is drawing attention because it boasts as much skill as a rookie. Bae said, "Thank you for giving NMIXX the modifier 'All-rounder Group'. Accordingly, my goal is to show a great performance in this promotions."

Hawon also said, "We will try to show our own personality and charm to many people," adding, "We are also looking forward to this song because it is a mix-pop that can get closer to the public. I will do my best."

Kyujin said their goal was to become No. 1 on music shows. "If we win first place, there will be an encore stage," she said. "I want to do a close-up cam of winning first place on a music show. I hope we can show our voices better through the encore stage. I want to be filmed in a close-up camera," she said, expressing strong confidence in his vocals.
