ITZY's Lia Will Not Participate in New Album and World Tour

ITZY's Lia will not participate in the activities of the group's new album and world tour schedule.

Lia wrote in a handwritten letter and shared it on the official social media on the 17th, saying, "After a lot of consideration and thought, I would like to have time to focus more on recovering my health."

At the same time, she released a lyrical video of her solo song "Blossom" for fans who would be disappointed. Lia introduced it as "a song that contains my heart that I want to convey to the fans."

Lia said, "How are MIDZY doing?" "I'm doing well in my own way," she said, adding, "I promise I'll be healthy enough to repay the support given by MIDZY during my absence and come back in a better way."

Lia has taken a hiatus since September for health reasons. At the time, her agency JYP Entertainment said, "Lia is experiencing extreme tension and anxiety. She received the opinion of the medical staff that stability and treatment are needed," they said. ITZY's last domestic activity is "Cake," the title track of its mini album "Kill My Doubt," which was released in July.
