SEVENTEEN's '17 IS RIGHT HERE' Makes History with 2.26 Million Copies Sold on Release Day

SEVENTEEN once again made history with '17 IS RIGHT HERE'.

According to the Hanteo Chart on the 30th, SEVENTEEN's newest album '17 IS RIGHT HERE' sold 2,260,906 copies on the day of release on the 29th and went straight to No. 1 on the daily album chart.

Additionally, this is the highest sales volume on the first day of release in the history of the best album released by a K-pop singer. This achievement is even more unusual considering the nature of the best album, which is a collection of already popular hit songs.

The response from global fans is also enthusiastic. '17 IS RIGHT HERE' ranked first in 17 regions/countries on the iTunes 'Top Album' chart and ranked second on the Worldwide Album Chart. It also topped the real-time album chart of Line Music, Japan's largest music site.

The title song 'MAESTRO' also achieved high rankings on the global charts, heralding the birth of a new hit song. This song topped the iTunes Worldwide Song chart immediately after its release and ranked first on the iTunes 'Top Song' chart in 32 countries/regions, including Spain, Indonesia, and the Philippines. It also ranked first on the real-time trending chart of AWA, a major Japanese music site.

The group's units' songs are also receiving a generally good response. The hip-hop team's 'LALALI', the performance team's 'Spell', and the vocal team's 'Cheers to youth' all entered the main charts of major domestic music sites such as Melon, Genie Music, and Bugs. On the iTunes 'Top Song' charts in countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia, 'MAESTRO' and three new unit songs were in the top 10.

Tune in to SEVENTEEN’s ‘MAESTRO’ now!
