LE SSERAFIM earns their first Daesang for 'Performance Of The Year' at the 9th Asia Artist Awards.

This was held at IMPACT Challenger Hall 1-2 in Bangkok, Thailand. The ceremony was hosted by Ryu Jun-yeol, Jang Won-young, and Sung Han-bin.




LE SSERAFIM had a busy 2024, performing at tons of music festivals, award shows, and more. Early in the year, they hit the stage at Coachella, which got a lot of buzz, but they faced some criticism for their live audio.

During an interview, Chaewon spoke directly about the Coachella stage. The idol explained that they had regrets about the stage, but she has learned from it as an individual and group, especially from the unique experience.

“There were many regrettable aspects about the Coachella stage, but I learned a lot both as an individual and as part of the team. We have performed on many stages in a short period since our debut, but it was our first time at a large outdoor festival.

Because of this, we unknowingly became excited and lost control of our pace, which led to many shortcomings. I realized once again that there is still much to learn and experience. I believe that showing continuous improvement will be our lifelong challenge. The members talked about showing our best selves.

After that, the group kept leveling up their live performances. They took the stage at the VMAs, where their song “Easy” earned them the ‘Push Performance of the Year’ award. Later, they performed at the EMAs and won the ‘Best Push’ award, making 2024 a year full of big moments for them.

On the 27th, LE SSERAFIM wrapped up the year with a bang at the AAA, taking home two major awards. They won “Best Music Video” for their title track “CRAZY” and snagged the “Best Artist Award.” To top it all off, they earned their first-ever Daesang (Grand Prize) for Performance of the Year.
