SM Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against EXO-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin).

SM filed a lawsuit against EXO-CBX yesterday (12th) in the Seoul Eastern District Court and said it would "respond according to the law and principles."
EXO-CBX renewed for a group contract, but recently held a conference saying SM Entertainment was taking 10% of their personal sales as royalties, saying that SM Entertainment hadn't held part of their verbal contract.
This is their second issue since around a year ago when the sub unit also made several claims against SM Entertainment's contract.
They left the company earlier this year, but promised to keep doing EXO activities under SM Entertainment.
