Highlight remained consistent throughout the years, winning music shows left and right with almost every comeback. This year, they came out with their fifth mini album, ‘Switch On’, and their title track, “Body’, just got its second music show win!
‘Body’ won first place on The Show on March 19, and today, March 22, it won first place on Music Bank.
Highlight members debuted as the idol group BEAST (B2ST) under Cube Entertainment in October 2009 and went on the become one of South Korea’s most popular 2nd generation idol groups. After the conclusion of their Cube contract, they established their own agency called Around US Entertainment and decided to re-debut as Highlight in 2016.
Before ‘Switch On’, they released their fourth mini album, ‘After Sunset’ in November 2022, and a digital single, ‘Give You My All’, in October 2023.
Fans are truly excited and are now celebrating the group’s comeback and music show wins!
