The group's agency RBW told X-Sports News on August 22nd that, "MAMAMOO's Solar and Moonbyul are preparing for a unit album.
"We will inform you of the exact release date and concrete details of the new album soon," they said.
Solar and Moonbyul will form the first sub-unit of MAMAMOO. Expectations are high on how the two, who have been actively working as solo artists, will show their charms through the formation of their first unit.
MAMAMOO first debuted with the song "Don't Be Happy" in 2014.
The group has received much love over the years for their many hits like "Um Oh Ah Yeh," "Yes I Am," "Décalcomanie," "You're the best," etc.
