This is it, SONEs! Our girls are finally back!
On August 5, 2022, legendary girl group Girls' Generation returned with their seventh studio album, "Forever 1," after five long years of group hiatus. The music release is even more special because August 5 is Girls' Generation's fifteenth debut anniversary.
Together with the album, the group released the music video for their title song, "Forever 1." The song immediately garnered praise for its powerful yet nostalgic elements that seem to be reminiscent of Girls' Generation's debut song, "Into The New World." In addition, the lyrics tug at everyone's heartstrings as they were the group's declaration of love to each other and their fans.
This may just be a comeback to others, but to SONEs, this is a love letter to their youth.
