According to the agency, Chuu's removal was due to abuse of power, including abusive language. "We investigated Chuu's abuse of power, including abusive language toward our staff, and the company's representative is apologizing to the staff and comforting them," adding, "We decided to take responsibility and remove Chuu from LOONA."
"We apologize to the staff who were seriously hurt by the incident, and we will do our best to comfort them, concentrate on treatment, and help them return to their normal lives. We sincerely ask for your forgiveness because were unable to keep the twelve members of LOONA to stay together until the end," the agency added, "We will do our best to return to our original intention so that nothing like this incident will happen."
Chuu has been embroiled in transfer rumors until recently. It was also rumored that Chuu had established her own agency in April.
