The initial sales of (G)I-DLE has increased by 284%.
According to their agency Cube Entertainment on the 27th, the fifth mini-album "I Love" of (G)I-DLE, which was released on the 17th, recorded initial sales of 678,000 copies, a 284% growth rate compared to the previous one.
Upon its release, the album topped 40 regions around the world in the iTunes Top Album category, and the title song "Nxde" achieved 500,000 24-hour users on the nation's largest music site Melon Chart. It is the second consecutive song to achieve "Perfect All Kill", with the title song "TOMBOY" of the album "I NEVER DIE" released in March this year.
In addition to Korea, it topped the K-pop chart of Wang Yi-win Music, a large Chinese music site, and ranked first and second side by side with its first full-length album "I Never Die" in the total annual digital album sales. Immediately after its release, the music video was ranked No. 1 in YouTube's popularity, and the current number of views exceeded 73 million.
