Introduction

Mark Lee is a Korean-Canadian artist under SM Entertainment. He is best known for being the main rapper and vocalist of the boy group NCT and its sub-units NCT U, NCT 127, and NCT Dream.

Born in Canada, Mark was able to audition for SM Entertainment through the 'SM Global Audition' in Vancouver and became a trainee of the agency for four years before finally debuting as a member of NCT.

On August 24, 2016, Mark debuted as a member of the sub-unit NCT Dream. However, in December 2018, Mark graduated from the group due to its rotational system based on age.

In March of 2021, SM Entertainment surprised fans when they confirmed that Mark would officially return to NCT Dream, making it a fixed sub-unit with the seven original members.

In 2022, Mark eventually began to release his solo songs through SM Station's NCT Lab, such as "Child" and "Golden Hour."
