NCT Haechan Donates 50 Million Won to Victims of Hawaii Wildfires

On August 22nd, according to Joy News 24, The Korean Red Cross announced that NCT's Haechan donated 50 million won to emergency relief activities for victims of wildfires in Maui, Hawaii, USA.

Haechan said, "I would like to express my condolences to Hawaii residents who are suffering from a sudden disaster, and I hope the damage will be restored as soon as possible and they return to their daily lives safely."

Kim Chul Soo, chairman of the Korean Red Cross, said, "We appreciate Haechan's warm sharing practice for Hawaii victims, including Korean Americans who are having a hard time, and the Korean Red Cross will work with the U.S. Red Cross to quickly recover damage and support relief activities."

The money donated by NCT ​​Haechan will be used for restoration of affected areas and support activities for victims through the American Red Cross. Meanwhile, before this, Haechan donated 100 million won to the Fruit of Love Social Welfare Community Chest for restoration of earthquake damage in Turkey and Syria, and was named a member of the Honor Society, a large donor group for Fruit of Love.
