On December 18th, Korean media outlets reported that BTOB's Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lim Hyunsik, and Peniel have all signed an exclusive contract with a new agency, aiming to make a fresh start while having BTOB activities as their top priority.
Following this, an official from the agency released a statement to the press, saying, "We will set up a dedicated team with experts in each field of entertainment. The company name has not yet been decided, and its mission and activity plans will be disclosed in the future."
Regarding BTOB's group activities, the company said, "As the members have a strong will to work as a complete group, we will support them so that they can prioritize BTOB activities."
Last November, BTOB parted ways with Cube Entertainment after the expiration of their exclusive contracts. Member Lee Changsub joined Fantagio Entertainment, while Yook Sungjae's has not yet released any statement about his future move. Regardless, all BTOB members have expressed determination to continue group activities.
