On February 8th, Korean media outlets reported that Girls' Generation's Seohyun was confirmed to lead a sci-fi movie titled "Finding the King," starring alongside Yoo Jae Myung (Vincenzo) and Ko Kyo Hwan (D.P.)
'Finding the King' is a movie about what happens in the summer of 1980 when an unknown giant comes to a remote village in the Demilitarized Zone, also known as the DMZ.
Koo Kyo Hwan plays the role of a health center doctor dispatched to a village in the DMZ, and Yoo Jae Myung confirms his appearance as a villager full of a sense of justice. Meanwhile, Seohyun takes on the role of the only nurse at the village health center and leads the main narrative with Yoo Jae Myung and Koo Kyo Hwan.
Seohyun is currently preparing for filming, which will begin in the first half of this year. "Finding the King" is slated for a 2024 release date.
