“Bae Jinyoung Deserves Better Than This!” — Korean Netizens Angered Over a Viral Video of CIX’s Bae Jinyoung

A video from CIX's recent overseas concert has gone viral in different South Korean forums.

In the video, former Wanna One member Bae Jinyoung was speaking to fans when an overzealous concertgoer interrupts it by profusely screaming another member's name.

A fan who attended the event shared, "just wanna say that the level of disrespect i saw from fans towards jinyoung last night was so upsetting. he even gave up on his ment and let hyunsuk take over bc u guys wouldnt stop screaming for other members as soon as jinyoung opened his mouth… it wasnt only once, it was going on for 2.5h straight, in one of his ments the absolute dead silence killed me bc he wasnt getting the same amount of response like other members, he looked discouraged at times bc of how u guys were treating him."

Despite the situation, Bae Jinyoung continued to perform flawlessly and gave fans a memorable concert together with his group CIX.
