On March 2nd KST, TWICE attended the 2023 Billboard Women In Music in LA where they were honored with the 'Breakthrough Artist Award' for their achievements in the music industry, such as chart-topping albums, sold out concert tours, and multiple hit songs. At this event, TWICE also made history the first asian female group to be receieve the award, and second overall joining Fifth Harmony.

In their acceptance speech, Chaeyoung said, "This title proves that if you confidently push through your dream, people who support you will always be your team, you will break through."
Meanwhile, Tzuyu said, "This accomplishment will forever motivate us to turn into ourselves and break more barriers. We want to express our gratitude towards everyone who stands by our side through this journey, especially our fans, ONCE. Twice will continue to break through."
