AKMU Tops Korean Music Charts

K-pop duo AKMU dominated Korea's major music charts for three days, heralding an unusually "long run in popularity."

According to YG Entertainment, the song "Love Lee" from AKMU's fourth single ranked first on the Melon daily chart on the 8th. It has remained at the top of Korea's largest music platform's main chart for three consecutive days since the 6th.

'Love Lee' also topped all major domestic music sites' real-time and daily charts, including Melon TOP100, Genie, Naver Vibe, and FLO. The included song, 'Fry's Dream,' has the same popularity as the title.

Furthermore, in the 35th week of this year's circle chart (2023.08.27~2023.09.02), "Love Lee" and "Fry’s Dream" topped the downloads and VColoring categories, achieving two gold medals.

Even though it has only been two weeks since its release, it has already proven its unrivaled firepower.
