HYBE's American Girl Group KATSEYE Reveals New Song "Touch"

HYBE and Geffen Records global girl group KATSEYE heralded a sensation with a magical spell.



KATSEYE released the song and music video of their second single "Touch" at 1 p.m. on the 26th (Korea time).

"Touch" is an upbeat pop genre that is good for listening to delicate melodies, and it is a song that highlights the dreamy and unique tones of the six members. It is characterized by its soft charm that contrasts with the intensity shown in KATSEYE's first single "Debut," which was released on April 28. KATSEYE elaborated the lyrics of "Touch," which deals with the complex subtleties of love, with six delicate vocals.

The song was completed by world-renowned musicians such as Blake Slatkin, who participated in songs from artists such as Charlie Puth, Sam Smith, and Lizzo, Cashmere Cat, Norwegian DJ and producer, Omer Fedi, who worked with The Kid LAROI and Lil Nas X, and Australian producer Taka Perry.

The music video for "Touch," which was unveiled on the same day, was directed by Cody Crichelo, who directed works by various musicians, including Demi Lovato's "SUBSTANCE" and King Princess's "Prophet."
