Singer and actress IU once again wielded her good influence on Children's Day on the 5th.
IU's agency, EDAM Entertainment, released a photo of the sponsorship confirmation on her official SNS on the 5th, saying, "We hope that all children will be loved and grow into healthy adults. IU sends her support this spring as well."
In the public sponsorship confirmation, the donor's name is listed as 'IU-Uaena' (IU + fandom name), and 100 million won was donated through the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation. Since her debut, IU has continued to do good deeds under her fandom name.
She consistently sends donations whenever there is a need for help due to social disasters such as natural disasters, as well as her own birthdays and anniversaries.
IU successfully completed the '2024 IU H.E.R.E.H World Tour Concert' held in Jakarta, Indonesia for two days on the 27th and 28th of last month. IU will continue her concert in Hong Kong on the 25th and 26th.
