Following NewJeans’ public stance against the removal of former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, HYBE issued a response ahead of the group’s requested deadline of September 25th.
If anyone that’s changing the kpop industry it’s NewJeans they are truly the bravest.

HYBE stated, "We will deliver our response to NewJeans' request to each member on the 25th," but emphasized, "The specific details of the response will not be disclosed."
Min Hee Jin, who was recently removed from her CEO position, will remain at ADOR as an internal director.
During the now-deleted livestream, the NewJeans members revealed that the staff had been unaware of the broadcast and touched on several issues, including Hanni’s experience with a manager from a labelmate group.
"On the 23rd, a HYBE representative told TenAsia, "We will deliver our response to NewJeans' request to each member on the 25th," adding, "The specific details of the response will not be disclosed." While it’s still being discussed whether the response will be made public, it… https://t.co/wTv9tM9aLa pic.twitter.com/McCzQe6uD5

HYBE's decision to send individual responses to each member sparked concerns among fans, many of whom suggested that the members should seek legal counsel. Concerns grew that this move could be a tactic to create division within the group.
- While the response to members may remain private, how can the consequences of the response remain private? The nature of the response will be known by its results, and its results will be publicly known.
- Yes, the part of "Deliver to each member on the 25th" didn't sit right with me and I think it's precisely because of what NewJeans shared. They'll probably present different propositions to each member to try and cause discord.
- Hybe started this issue, which could have been dealt with behind closed doors, but they decided to make everything public from the beginning. Now that everything has happened, the members have suffered, and the public has chosen their side. Now, Hybe is all about privacy?
- I know the members will only trust each other and never Hybe.
- Hmm… they don’t want to make their response public so they can lie & media play that they tried their best to meet NewJeans demands & didn’t want to escalate things if NewJeans will ultimately sue & request for contract termination. They’ll media play so hard.
- “To each member” makes it seems like it’s gonna be individual threats and a "No" on bringing MHJ back. Otherwise, they’d announce her being back to them all. This is about to get messy. But if they stay together and united, they and we can endure whatever
- After making everything public they now choose to act civil and stay private, a bunch of cowards scared of the backlash they will receive when they make the wrong move
- I sensed mind games when I saw the “each member” part, hope Newjeans will see through their shit and stand united
- Oh so now they want things to be private... no they should not be allowed to threaten those girls in private. But I know the girls are smart enough to have their lawyers with them…..
As the September 25th deadline approaches, this controversy has continued to attract widespread attention, with fans increasingly worried about NewJeans' future in the music industry.
