The album was re-released as Run Devil Run on March 22, 2010, with "Run Devil Run" as the title track for follow-up promotions. The repackage features 2 new songs and an acoustic version. One week before its official release, the album was exclusively available through an iPhone app: the free version offered 30-second previews of all the songs, while the paid version offered the full album. According to Korean Gaon Album Chart, the album and its repackage collectively sold 418,162 units as of 2016.
