The album was re-released as Baby Baby on March 13, 2008, with the title track being used to promote the album. The repackage features the original album tracklist, and a remix of "Kissing You" as well as the long and short versions of the medley track "Let's Go Girls' Generation!!" at the end of the album. According to Korean Gaon Album Chart, the album and its repackage collectively sold 268,000 units as of 2010.
