Introduction

∞! is an eight-member sub-unit of tripleS under MODHAUS. It is the group's first Japanese sub-unit and tenth unit overall. The first eight members were selected by the fans and the agency throught tripleS' eighteenth gravity titled "Grand Gravity: Japan Dimension", which was announced on July 10, 2024. This unit will not be discontinued after their first release but will, instead, rotate between members for each new releases.

Their name, "tripleS ∞", pronounced "tripleS hatchi", is a play word with "8".

On July 18, 2024, Mayu and ShiOn were revealed as the first members of the unit, chosen by MODHAUS.

The first voting period took place between July 20 until August 20, where only the Japanese WAV could vote for two members to join the unit. After a month, YooYeon and Kotone ended up being the two selected.

The second voting period lasted less than a day, from August 26 to August 27. This time, every WAV could vote for two members, which ended up being SooMin and ChaeYeon.

The last voting period was held from August 27 to August 28, and will also last less than a day. All WAV were able to vote for the last two members of the unit aswell. JiWoo and ChaeWon were announced as the two members selected throught the vote.

tripleS ∞! is set to debut on November 20, 2024, with the release of the single "Untitled".
