It is the first album released by Yudabinband. Some of the songs in the album were previously released as singles, and all of them were written between 2018 and 2019 and performed live by Yu Dabin during those years with her acustic guitar. The title track, "With All My Heart (마음으로)" was the 1st song the band performed on August 24, 2019 and is one of the new songs being recorded for the 1st time.
