On July 13th, SF9 returned with their 11th mini album "The Wave Of9" along with the music video for the title track "Scream". For this comeback, the group will be promoting with six members as Rowoon won't be able to participate due to his drama's scheduling conflicts, while Youngbin and Inseong are currently in the military.
