On April 14th, Sublime announced, "Jinni recently signed an exclusive contract with UAP, and we decided to act as an agency through management MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) collaboration."
Jinni debuted on February 22 last year as a member of the group NMIXX under JYP Entertainment. She was active in and out of Korea for 10 months and was loved by music fans all over the world, but on December 9 last year, her withdrawal from NMIXX was announced.

This is our official position regarding the management collaboration MOU between Jinni's agency UAP (United Artist Production) and Sublime.
Jinni recently signed an exclusive contract with UAP, and we decided to act as an agent through management MOU collaboration.
We plan to provide unsparing support for UAP artist Jinni's global activities so that she can unleash her various potentials, and we are delighted to be able to demonstrate synergy.
