On May 12th, YG Entertainment released a 'debut member announcement video' where Executive Producer Yang Hyun Suk revealed the official lineup of trainees who will be debuting as official members of BABYMONSTER.
At first, Yang Hyun Suk revealed Ahyeon, Ruka, Chiquita, Haram, Pharita as the members who YG Entertainment chose as members of the originally planned five-member girl group.
However by the end of the video, Yang Hyun Suk revealed that they have decided to listen to the fans and that they will be debuting all seven members of BABYMONS7ER.
