It is the fourth anniversary of the late singer and actress Sulli (real name Choi Jin-ri).
Sulli entered the entertainment industry as a child actress through the SBS drama "Seo Dong Yo" in 2005. Four years later, she made her official debut as a member of the girl group f(x), who served as one of the leaders of the Hallyu Wave.
Besides being an idol, Sulli also captured the hearts of fans from all over the world by starring in dramas and movies such as "To the Beautiful You" and "The Pirates." Moreover, she became a well known figure in the fashion industry through countless endorsements, wherein she showcased her charms and loveable personality.
Despite leaving f(x) in 2015, Sulli pursued her passion in music and eventually made her official debut as a soloist with the digital single "Goblin."
In 2019, Sulli was cast in the second season of the Netflix series "Persona." However, during the filming period, on October 14th, the singer-actress tragically passed away. She was 25.
Through the years, in their own different ways, fans continue to commemorate Sulli and the precious memories she left behind.
Meanwhile, "Persona: Sulli" had a total of two contents completed—the short film "4: Clean Island" (directed by Hwang Soo-ah, Kim Ji-hye) and the feature documentary film "To Jinri" (directed by Jung Yoon-seok). Moreover, "To Jinri" was invited to the documentary showcase section of the 28th Busan International Film Festival where it was available for viewing from October 4th to 13th.
